the Flash In Robin Hood's Cloak
Beneath the stars and the moonlight
Our hearts open, so brave and might
Your eyes glisten, like the moon so bright,
Our hands together, intertwined, tight.
How I wish time flew slowly when together You and I,
That every second was a slow-mo like in the movies
But time swept like the Flash in Robin Hood's cloak every time
And stole our moments, those when we're away from the city lights
Here I lay wishing I could command the hands of time
And bring back what was once yours and mine,
Back to the place were we can be alone together -- You and I,
And to turn back time, I'd give all that's mine.
